The Role: Build the Beasts

We are on the hunt for experienced, meticulous Fitters and Mechanics to join our crew in Carrum Downs.

This is not your standard workshop position. You won’t be doing endless logbook services on commuter cars. Instead, you'll be getting your hands on brand-new, pre-delivery American muscle—specifically Chevy Silverado 1500s & 2500s, Ford F150s, and Ram 1500s & 2500s. You will be building out these top-of-the-line trucks before their owners even see them!

A core focus of this role will be driving our signature weekly GVM (Gross Vehicle Mass) installation packages.

Your day-to-day adventures will include:

- Next-Level Suspensions: Executing top-tier GVM upgrades and complex suspension installs, including:

- BDS & Fox Suspension kits (3-inch to 6.5-inch systems)

- Kelderman full air suspension systems

- Custom airbag suspension setups

- Onboard air compressor integrations

- Premium Fit-Outs: Decking out brand-new, pre-delivery Silverado's, F150s, and Rams with elite aftermarket accessories.

- Master Craftsmanship: Ensuring an elite standard of quality control on every single build.

- Shop Pride: Maintaining our clean, safe,



and highly organised state-of-the-art workspace.

Hours & Schedule

Enjoy an exceptional work-life balance with a reliable, structured roster and your weekends locked in:

- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

- Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Early knock-off!)

- Saturdays: None required

- Overtime: No OT required unless explicitly advised otherwise

About You: The Ideal Gearhead

You are an experienced Accessory Fitter or Mechanic who takes immense pride in your work and treats every truck like it's going to a car show.

What you bring to the workshop -

- Experience: Proven background in 4WD mechanical fitting, suspension work, or heavy-duty American trucks.

- Eagle Eyes: A meticulous eye for detail and an absolute refusal to cut corners.

- Team Player: Comfortable holding your own independently, but excellent at collaborating with a high-performing team.

- The Essentials: A current driver’s license is a must (Light Rigid is highly preferred).

- Bonus Points: Basic 12V electrical knowledge and experience with aftermarket wheels and tyres will put you at the top of the pile!
