Our client delivers quality residential and commercial projects nationwide and is seeking a driven Investment Analyst to join its growing team.

This role evaluates new development opportunities and optimises the existing portfolio through financial modelling, market research, and feasibility studies to support strategic investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

· Financial Modelling: Build and maintain cash flow models and JV structures.

· Feasibility Studies: Assess potential acquisitions.

· Market Research: Analyse market trends, supply/demand, and competitors.

· Reporting: Prepare investment proposals and board presentations.

· Due Diligence: Support legal, planning, and financial due diligence.

Skills and Experience

· Education: Degree in Property, Finance, Economics,



or related field.

· Experience: 2–4 years in property analysis, valuation, or real estate banking.

· Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability.

· Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Australian property markets and development lifecycles.

· Communication: Transparent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
