About the Role

The Property Tracking System (PTS) Support Officer provides essential administrative and data management support to the DFES Built Environment Branch (BEB). The role is responsible for maintaining and monitoring property and construction-related information within the Property Tracking System, assisting with the tracking of construction site plans and specifications, and supporting the preparation of reports on project progress and compliance.

The PTS Support Officer contributes to ensuring that building projects are accurately recorded, monitored, and reported in accordance with relevant Building Regulations, supporting informed decision-making and effective project oversight across the Branch.
