We are a small paediatric physiotherapy practice looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team for up to 30 hours a week in an administration role. Exact hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

About Coffs Kids in Motion
Coffs Kids is a local physiotherapy practice with rooms near Coffs Harbour Stadium. Our tag line is “Helping Kids in the Coffs Coast Move”. We support children and their families with a wide variety of movement difficulties. There is always fun to be had!
The ideal candidate will have:
Ability to provide high quality customer service in a family clinic workplace
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Experience using technology (computers/telephones/software packages)
Strong time management with ability to prioritise duties and multitask
Confidence to handle challenging situations and resolve enquiries in a calm and focused manner
Successfully pass a National Police Check, working with children check and NDIS worker screening
Valid Australian work rights or appropriate visa status to work in Australia
