Reporting into a highly engaged Superintendent, you'll lead a team of Field Technicians, Core Yard Technicians and Senior Technicians supporting geological operations across site. You'll oversee geological services activities, drilling support, contractor management and grade control functions, while helping ensure the team has the resources, guidance and support they need to perform at their best.

We're looking for someone with:

- Previous experience leading a geological services, field technician or similar operational team

- Proven experience mentoring, developing and managing larger crews

- Gold mining experience

- Section 26 certification

- Current First Aid certificate

- Manual driver's licence.
