Working alongside carers, families and practitioners, you will support safe, stable and nurturing environments while helping young people access the opportunities, services and relationships that support their wellbeing and development.
As a Case Support Worker, you will:
- Provide flexible day-to-day support for children, young people and families in line with individual care plans.
- Support children and young people to access educational, social, recreational and health-related activities, appointments and family contact.
- Build positive relationships and act as a role model to promote self-esteem, skill development, resilience and wellbeing.
- Respond appropriately to challenges and crisis situations while helping create safety, stability and consistency for children, young people, carers and families.

- Victorian Driver’s license required
- Ability to work flexible work hours – allowing for early pickups and late drop offs
- $40.58 - $43.50 p/h + casual loading + super
What We’re Looking For
We value individuals who bring dedication, empathy, and expertise to their roles. To succeed in this position, you will have:
- Qualification in or working towards a qualification in Social Work, Early Childhood, Psychology, Nursing, Alcohol and Other Drugs or related field
- Experience in working and building rapport with children and young people with complex needs/behaviours and ability to act as a positive role model/mentor.
- Demonstrated communication skills and ability to work as part of a diverse team, including staff and volunteer carers
- Ability to respond appropriately and with calmness to crisis situations
- Understanding of the impacts of trauma on children and young people and knowledge of trauma informed care/practice.
