- Reinforcement placement including mesh, bars, chairs Formwork and edge shutters

- Concrete pour, finishing, curing

- Penetrations for electrical conduits, fire services, drainage, and civil tie-ins

- Supply and lay structural blockwork

- Reinforced cores filled as per engineering

- Load-bearing block walls

- Integration with columns, beams, and slab edges





- Installation of lintels, bond beams, and structural ties

- Structural framing for roof

- Roof beams, trusses, or concrete elements

- Coordination with mechanical, electrical, and fire penetrations

- Architectural plans, Structural drawings

- Civil plans (stormwater, sewer, drainage, external works

- Fire service layout (hydrants, hose reels, pump/booster)

- Any additional details required for structural penetrations or service coordination
