About the role

The Kitchen Hand supports the day-to-day running of the kitchen across production, bottling, packing, cleaning and general kitchen operations. This is a practical, hands-on role requiring consistency, attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently within a small team environment.

Key responsibilities

- Assist with daily kitchen production and preparation tasks

- Support bottling, labelling and packing of products

- Assist with preparation of juices, smoothies, tonics, soups and mylks

- Prepare and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently

- Support stock rotation and ingredient organisation

- Assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries; including some lifting of some heavy boxes and equipment

- Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures at all times

- Maintain a clean and organised workspace throughout the day

- Assist with kitchen cleaning duties and end-of-day cleaning procedures

- Work efficiently as part of a small kitchen team

About you

- Experience in a kitchen, hospitality or food production environment preferred

- Reliable, punctual and consistent

- Comfortable with hands-on and repetitive tasks





- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to work efficiently and follow instructions

- Understanding of basic food safety and hygiene practices

- Positive, practical attitude and willingness to help where needed
