I'm hiring an AI Web Design Marketer for a Brisbane organisation that builds its own web properties in-house. Think a programmatic price comparison site with suburb-level pages, a service selector, worked examples, guides and a book-a-call lead capture, all tracked through GTM and built to convert. You'll be the person who designs, builds and keeps improving sites like that, with performance marketing firmly in mind the whole way. This isn't a deep engineering role; it's a marketer who can ship websites, or a web builder who thinks like a marketer.

What you'll do

- Design and build landing pages, content sites and comparison tools
- Ship rapid with Claude Code, Lovable, Cursor, Webflow or Next.js
- Own page speed, UX, mobile and technical SEO / AEO / GEO
- Set up GTM, GA4 and conversion tracking on everything you build
- Run CRO experiments and iterate on what the data says

Skills and experience

- A portfolio of live sites or pages you've actually built
- Strong front-end and design sense, HTML, CSS, React or Webflow
- Fluent with AI coding tools, Claude Code especially
- Understand traffic, conversion rate,



CAC and lead capture
- Bonus for programmatic SEO, CMS or headless builds

You might be a web designer who has become suspiciously good at building with AI, a front-end developer who has become obsessed with conversion rates, or a marketer who stopped raising tickets and started building the pages yourself. Your title might be Web Designer, Webflow Developer, Front End Developer, Digital Producer or Growth Marketer; I don't much care which.
