Someone who knows how to build genuine client relationships, open doors others can't, and close deals that stick for years to come. Key Responsibilities -

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure outstanding service and long-term retention

- Hunting new business through targeted prospecting, referrals, and site visits, and tender processes

- Create tailored proposals that address client needs and deliver real value

- Negotiate and close deals that support company growth.

- Working closely with our operations team to make sure what you sell, we deliver

- Keeping your pipeline and activity in Salesforce

- Provide input to help shape and improve sales strategy

About You –
Robust candidates will have a track record in B2B new business sales or account management. Industry background matters less than hunger, credibility with commercial and industrial clients, and the ability to manage a territory with discipline. Waste, logistics, construction,



or industrial services experience is a genuine advantage, and we'll reward it in the offer. You'll need a current Australian driver's licence and a willingness to get in front of clients regularly.

Preferrable Experience:

- Selling waste management or similar strategic services into Commercial and Industrial customers

- Experience working with Owners Corporations, Body Corporations or Councils

- Previous experience ‘solution’ selling entire service packages to customers

- Ability to identify trends and present offers aligned with a customer’s sustainability or budgetary criteria
