Social Media / Digital Marketing Executive - Travel Industry

Sydney CBD + Hybrid Working

Permanent Full-Time | $85k + super

One of Australia's leading travel businesses is growing and looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to join its collaborative marketing team in Sydney.

This hands-on role will see you working across social media, digital content, websites, and online brand presence. You’ll also support a national network of travel professionals with marketing guidance, social media and digital best practice.

What you’ll be doing

- Managing multiple social media channels

- Leading a project to target younger generations in both B2B and B2C marketing

- Creating and maintaining website and blog content

- Managing the online reputation of the brand as well as it's contracted advisors

- Monitoring and reporting on performance, and using analytics to improve

- Working with internal stakeholders, designers and agency partners to deliver brand-aligned content

- Supporting a national network with marketing advice, training and social media / digital marketing support





- Supporting B2C PR opportunities

- Assisting with marketing collateral and brand compliance

About you

You’ll be organised, adaptable and confident managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.

You’ll also bring:

- 2-3 years’ experience in a social media / digital marketing role

- Strong understanding of current social media and digital marketing best practice

- Excellent written communication skills

- Experience using website CMS platforms

- A collaborative and proactive approach

- Travel or hospitality industry experience will be highly regarded

- Marketing or communications qualification preferred
