We're seeking reliable Night Shift Food Preparation Workers to join a busy food manufacturing facility based in Banyo.
This is an ongoing opportunity offering consistent hours, a 4-day roster, and an excellent hourly rate. You'll be working within a temperature-controlled environment (approximately 5°C) preparing fresh ingredients for production.

What's On Offer?
- $41.83 per hour
- Sunday to Wednesday roster
- 10:00pm starts
- Approx. 8-hour shifts
- 4-day working week
- Ongoing, secure employment
- Immediate start available
Key Responsibilities
- Washing, preparing and cutting ingredients
- Mixing products to production specifications
- Retrieving stock from cool rooms and freezers
- Conducting temperature and sanitiser checks
- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
- Assisting with general production duties as required
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- Strong knife skills
- Previous food preparation, production or kitchen experience
- Ability to work in a cold environment (approximately 5°C)
- Excellent attention to detail
- A reliable work ethic and consistent attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Important Requirements
- No jewellery, makeup, fake nails or fake eyelashes due to strict hygiene standards
- Must have full Australian working rights
- Available for ongoing night shift work
