As Foreman, you will take ownership of the day-to-day management and delivery of projects on site. You will work closely with the Project Manager, trades, subcontractors and clients to ensure every stage of construction is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
Key responsibilities
- Managing and coordinating day-to-day site activities
- Supervising and coordinating trades and subcontractors
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality control
- Reading and interpreting architectural drawings, specifications and documentation
- Planning and sequencing works to maintain project programmes
- Coordinating materials, deliveries and site logistics
- Monitoring progress and identifying potential issues before they impact the programme
- Maintaining a clean, safe and well-organised site
- Working closely with the Project Manager to achieve project milestones
- Liaising professionally with clients, consultants, architects and trades
About you
- Proven experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor within high-end residential construction
- Significant experience delivering high-end or luxury residential projects
- A solid understanding of residential construction from ground-up through to completion
- Excellent knowledge of construction sequencing and building practices
- Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality
- The ability to read and understand architectural drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Relevant construction qualifications and/or industry experience
