I'm hiring multiple AI Performance Marketers for a Brisbane organisation building its own marketing tech rather than renting it. You'll own paid acquisition and everything between the click and the commercial return, and you'll use AI to do work that used to need three other people. It's a real performance marketing job, the difference is how far past managing campaigns it stretches.
What you'll do
- Run Google Ads, Meta and paid acquisition across the funnel
- Own GA4, GTM, attribution and conversion tracking
- Test and improve landing pages, CRO and conversion rate
- Automate reporting and workflows with Claude, ChatGPT or n8n
- Manage CAC, budgets and commercial return
Skills and experience
- Proven performance marketing results you can talk through
- Deep experience with Google Ads, Meta, GA4 and GTM
- Already using AI daily in your own work
- Comfortable changing pages and connecting systems yourself
- Strong in CRO, experimentation and analytics
You don't need to be a software engineer. You need to be a genuinely positive performance marketer who has worked out that AI means you can now build, automate and analyse things you used to hand off. Your current title might be Performance Marketing Manager, Paid Media Specialist, Growth Marketer or Digital Marketing Manager; I'm far less interested in the title than what you've done with it.
