Operations Coordinator

Not every operations role is stuck behind a desk.

At Nufeeds, we're looking for an organised, hands-on Operations Coordinator to become a key part of our small team in Welshpool.

One minute you'll be coordinating truck movements and checking deliveries, the next you'll be managing production paperwork, helping keep schedules on track, and ensuring the right product gets to the right customer at the right time.

What you'll be doing

✅ Managing our weighbridge operations and truck movements

✅ Recording and verifying incoming and outgoing product weights

✅ Coordinating material flow between production, storage and dispatch

✅ Generating batch tickets, delivery paperwork and production records

✅ Working closely with the manufacturing team to keep production schedules on track

✅ Identifying and resolving discrepancies before they become problems

✅ Supporting inventory, warehouse and dispatch activities

✅ Maintaining high standards of safety, quality and organisation

What we're looking for

- Forklift Licence (required)

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Comfortable using computers and completing documentation

- Good communication skills and confidence dealing with drivers,



suppliers and production staff

- Ability to work independently and make sensible decisions

- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, transport, grain, feed, or production environments is highly regarded

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

No weighbridge experience? No problem.

We'll provide full training to the right person.
