We are seeking a part time Administration/Client Service Officer - 30 hours per week- to join our small, successful financial planning organization in Orange NSW. In this role, you will be the second member of our administration team and will be responsible for providing administrative and client support, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial planning practice.
Key responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring professional experience both over the phone and in person
- Booking client appointments
- Liaising with clients in the office
- Managing administrative tasks, including printing, scanning and organising documents to support daily operations
- Preparing and maintaining client records, files and correspondence
- Update and maintain accurate records on the database
- Liaising with clients, service providers and internal team members to ensure timely processing of transactions and requests
- Assisting other team members as needed
About you
- Proven experience in an administrative or client service role, financial services experience is preferred but not essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A commitment to providing exceptional client service
- Self motivated and proactive
