Shape how WK works tomorrow.

At Wotton Kearney, we're continually evolving how we work to better support our people, clients and business. We're now looking for an Operating Model Lead to help design and embed the future operating model of our firm.

Reporting to our Chief Operating Officer, this newly created role will lead firm-wide initiatives focused on operating model design, process transformation and organisational effectiveness. Working closely with leaders across the business, including Enterprise Technology, Client Operations & Digital Adoption, Finance, Legal Operations and our Chief Technology & AI Officer, you'll help reimagine how work is organised, delivered and governed across WK.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, redesigning processes and challenging traditional ways of working. You'll play a key role in helping WK scale efficiently while leveraging technology, automation and AI to drive better outcomes for our people and clients.

What you'll be doing:

- Lead the design and evolution of WK's operating model across business services and legal delivery functions.
- Develop future-state operating models, governance frameworks and service delivery structures that support the firm's strategic priorities.
- Drive end-to-end process redesign initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, service quality and scalability.
- Partner with technology, operations and business leaders to identify opportunities to leverage automation, digital solutions and AI.
- Lead organisational improvement initiatives focused on simplifying work, reducing duplication and improving cross-functional collaboration.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement activities to build alignment and support successful implementation.
- Translate business strategy into practical transformation roadmaps and executable work programs.
- Establish process standards, governance frameworks and continuous improvement practices to support sustainable performance.

- Monitor implementation progress, benefits realisation and overall business outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on operating model design, organisational effectiveness and service delivery improvement.

What you'll bring:
We're open to candidates from a range of backgrounds including consulting, business transformation, operating model design, process improvement, continuous improvement, strategy, operational excellence or change leadership.

You'll also bring:

- Experience designing and implementing operating models, service delivery frameworks or organisational structures.
- Proven experience leading business transformation, operational improvement or large-scale change initiatives.
- Strong process redesign and improvement capability, ideally supported by Lean Six Sigma, business process management or similar methodologies.
- An ability to translate strategic priorities into practical and scalable business solutions.
- Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups and influencing senior leaders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- An understanding of how technology, automation and AI can improve operational effectiveness and service delivery.
- Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
