What You'll Be Responsible For
Lead projects through every phase of design and delivery
Shape design outcomes that are both architecturally compelling and deeply liveable
Build trusted relationships with clients and become their strategic advisor
Coordinate consultants, stakeholders, and project teams
Drive project schedules, budgets, and delivery outcomes
Champion documentation quality and technical excellence
Undertake site inspections and administer contracts during construction
Mentor emerging architects and contribute to studio culture
Support continuous improvement across systems and project delivery
Contribute to business development and long-term client relationships
