We are a busy pizza & takeaway store looking for an experienced Manager / Supervisor to lead our customer service team and oversee daily operations.

Responsibilities
Manage UberEats, Menulog & phone orders
Lead & supervise staff during shifts
Ensure orders are accurate & charged correctly
Handle customer enquiries & complaints
Keep store clean, organised & professional

Requirements
Must be available Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday (non-negotiable)
Experience in management / team leading (hospitality or retail)
Solid customer service & communication skills
Reliable, organised & able to work under pressure
Confident using POS, UberEats & Menulog
