The McKinnon Hotel is a friendly local pub serving classic pub favourites and house specialties to the local South-East community.

We’re looking for a casual Bartender to join our team. We’re also seeking adaptable team members to work across our Bistro Floor and Bar operations. With a front bar, bistro and functions running throughout the year, there are plenty of opportunities to get involved in a busy and welcoming venue.

About you:
Previous bar experience is preferred.
Cocktail-making experience will be highly regarded.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
Willingness to learn — we’re happy to train the right person with the right attitude.

Availability required:
Weeknights,



particularly Thursday nights
Saturdays
Sundays
Flexibility to work across bar and bistro shifts is an advantage.

Role requirements:
Minimum 1 year of relevant hospitality experience preferred,
Must have valid Australian working rights.
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is required for bartending duties.
