Refuel Hub is looking for an experienced and friendly Part-Time Barista to join our team at our busy all-day breakfast café in the heart of Ballarat.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a quick-paced café environment, takes pride in making great coffee and provides genuinely friendly service to every customer.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing consistently high-quality coffees and other beverages
Providing friendly and efficient customer service
Taking orders and assisting with front-of-house duties
Maintaining a clean and organised coffee station
Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team
Assisting with opening, closing and general café duties as required
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
Has previous barista/café experience
Is confident making a range of espresso-based coffees
Can work efficiently during busy periods
Has great communication and customer service skills
Is reliable, punctual and works well within a team
Is available across weekdays and weekends as required
