We are a family-owned business seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Team Member. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the following.

Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfilment: Processing assigned customers orders, as well as picking them and packing them and organising courier to pick up the goods.
Invoicing Customers: Using the platform quickbooks, you will create customer invoices before sending out their order.
Emailing Customers: Making sure all emails are answered and inquiries and quotes have been taken care off.
Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels by reporting inventory discrepancies as needed.
Customer Support: Assist with customer inquiries over the phone and needs in-store.

Ideal Candidate:

Someone with higher experience or ability to work unsupervised, will have access to the higher end of the salary spectrum.

Experience:
Retail: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Picking & packing: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:
Australia (Required)

Pay: $27.00 – $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 – 40.0 per week
