About the role

You'll spend your week out in cafés—looking after existing partners, delivering coffee, maintaining equipment, jumping behind the bar and building relationships with café owners. You'll also help grow your area by meeting outstanding operators and developing current Black Market partnerships. Think of it as your own small business within Black Market. Look after it. Build relationships. Grow it.

Preventative maintenance
Machine and grinder troubleshooting
Calibration and recipe support
Developing new café relationships
Training and supporting café teams
Building genuine relationships with owners and their teams
Meeting owners and starting conversations to bring new cafés into Black Market

About you
A seriously capable barista
Genuinely confident behind the bar
Comfortable dialling in espresso and playing with recipes




Understanding extraction and flavour
Capable of texturing milk and pouring excellent latte art
Experienced working with commercial machines and grinders
Warm, confident and excellent with people
Organised and reliable
Hands-on and happy to solve problems
A valid Australian driver's licence holder
