You'll spend your week out in cafés—looking after existing partners, delivering coffee, maintaining equipment, jumping behind the bar and building relationships with café owners. You'll also help grow your area by meeting excellent operators and developing new Black Market partnerships. Think of it as your own small business within Black Market. Look after it. Build relationships. Grow it.

Meeting owners and starting conversations to bring new cafés into Black Market
About you
A seriously capable barista
Genuinely confident behind the bar
Comfortable dialling in espresso and playing with recipes
Understanding extraction and flavour
Capable of texturing milk and pouring outstanding latte art
Experienced working with commercial machines and grinders
Warm, confident and great with people
Organised and reliable
Hands-on and happy to solve problems
A valid Australian driver's licence holder
