What We Are Looking For
Proven experience in a premium,
high-volume restaurant or boutique hotel.
A natural communicator with a warm personality and a sharp eye for detail.
A team-first mindset rooted in "enlightened hospitality"—caring for your team as much as our guests.
A valid Victorian RSA certificate.
Availability to work a versatile roster, including weekends and holidays.
