Alliance Nursing Agency is currently seeking passionate and reliable Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to join our growing casual workforce across a variety of hospital and aged care facilities.
We are looking for experienced AIN’s who are committed to delivering high-quality patient and resident care while enjoying the flexibility of agency work.

About the Role
As an AIN with Alliance Nursing Agency, you will have the opportunity to work across a range of healthcare settings, including:
Public and private hospitals
Residential aged care facilities
Acute medical and surgical wards

Choose shifts that suit your lifestyle while gaining valuable experience across multiple facilities.

To Be Successful You Will Have
Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, Health Services Assistance, or equivalent qualification with a minimum 12 months paid employment experience as an AIN in either a hospital or aged care setting OR
A Diploma or Bachelor of Nursing student and completed a minimum of 2 placement – 1 Hospital and 1 Aged Care – ANSAT Reports required
Current National Police Check – less then 12 months old (or willingness to obtain)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)




Current CPR and First aid certificate
Reliable communication and interpersonal skills
Full working rights in Australia
