Level Electrical & Automation has been doing industrial electrical work out of Epping for nearly 50 years. We maintain and install across quarry, manufacturing and water filtration sites throughout Melbourne's north and west, and our clients include major international operators.

This is not a domestic role and it's not a service van doing power points. If you want to build genuine industrial expertise — motor control, VSDs, control systems, complex fault finding — this is where you do it.

What you'll get
$50 – $60 per hour base, depending on experience
Weekend and overtime work paid at penalty rates on top of that base — not rolled into a flat rate
Travel allowance paid separately
Take-home company vehicle with a brand recent custom toolbox
Phone, PPE and all tickets and training covered
Permanent day shift — you're home every night, no rotating roster, no 4-on-4-off

The work
Installation, breakdown response and preventative maintenance on operating industrial plant
Client sites at Wollert, Bacchus Marsh, Kilmore,



Diggers Rest and Thomastown
Motor control, VSDs, soft starters and switchboard work as the core of the role
Complex fault finding on industrial circuits
Direct dealings with site managers and client reps — you represent us on site
Some scheduled weekend maintenance, paid at overtime rates

What we're after
A-grade electrical licence (Victoria) — essential
3 years post-trade industrial experience preferred
Proven installation experience, not just service and breakdown
Solid fault-finding ability on industrial circuits
Working knowledge of VSDs and motor control principles
Solid WHS habits and the judgement to run your own day safely on site
