We need someone experienced in Lebanese Manoush.
Required Experiences:
2 to 3 years experience in making Manoush (lebanese pizza).
Knowing how to spread the dough on a rounded tray is a must.
Having a valuable knowledge in Mixing meat (Lahmeh) and spreading it on the dough.
Having experience in making Zaatar, Jebneh, Shanklish, Spinach and all other types of lebanese manoush.
Job Type: Part time
Pay: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18.0 – 30.0 per week
