ClearGlaze is currently seeking a reliable and practical Trades Assistant / Labourer to join our growing glazing team in Sydney. This role offers hands-on experience in a specialised trade, with a focus on teamwork, care, and attention to quality.

About the Role

As a Trades Assistant / Labourer, you’ll work with experienced glaziers to handle and install glass panels and framing systems. You’ll help ensure smooth site operations and contribute to high-quality outcomes on every project.

Duties Include
Assisting with lifting, moving, and installing glass panels and materials
Supporting tradespeople with tools, prep work, and job site setup
Maintaining a tidy and organised work environment
Following ClearGlaze procedures and sensible work practices

Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year’s experience in the construction industry (Sydney-based experience preferred)
Physically robust and fit – able to manage manual tasks as required
Positive spatial awareness and attention to detail




White Card (Construction Induction) – mandatory
Responsible approach to tasks and working with others
Reliable, punctual and team-focused
Driver’s licence and own transport preferred but not required
