We are excited to be seeking a Bookkeeper (Casual) to join our small but growing practice on the Gold Coast. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our clients, as we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a bookkeeper.

Role Overview:

As a bookkeeper you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operation of the finance department for diverse portfolio of small businesses.

Your role will see you:
Carry out the accounts payable function including invoice entry, supplier statement reconciliation, and the creation of batch payments.
Carry out the accounts receivable function, create and send invoices to customers and third parties.
Reconcile accounts, including bank and credit cards.
Process payroll.
Assist with the preparation of Business / Instalment Activity Statements (BAS / IAS)




Assist with the preparation of management reports.
