We are looking for Hot Food section staff (From 10 Hours per week, mostly regular hours) Restaurant Award 1 + Super. (Potential for increase in rate as you progress) seeking long term member that understands Japanese food and culture.

Requirement for this role.
Have knowledge and understanding of Japanese food and culture or be willing to learn
Basic knife skills to prepare ingredients for sushi
Be available either 7am - 12pm
Sushi or similar experience welcome and honoured depending on the experience
Australian residents welcome
English communication skills
Be able to work under pressure
Must have Australian working rights
