About the role

Our speechie is moving on in October. Her caseload — 20+ sessions a week, booked and funded — is ready for you. Full time or 2–3 days a week with Wellness Experts, an NDIS-registered provider in Western Sydney.

What you'll do
Run a caseload of paediatric and adult NDIS participants across Parramatta, Liverpool, Campbelltown and Blacktown
See clients at home, at school and in the community
Assessments, therapy plans and reviews using our templates
Progress notes after each session
Weekly supervision with Louise, our Speech Supervisor

What you get
Travel paid door to door at 91c/km — from the moment you leave home. On average an additional $500 each week in tax free travel reimbursement.
$100/hour uncapped bonus above target




A 4-client day already puts you well into bonus
The combination of salary, bonuses and travel reimbursement places most clinicians on $150k-160k / year
All admin done for you — service agreements, funding, scheduling, school clearances
Supervision provided weekly
$1,500 PD allowance
MacBook + phone

What you'll need
CPSP + current SPA membership
Experience running a community or NDIS caseload
NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, own car
Start within 3–4 weeks
