We’re looking for a friendly, confident and organised person to join our Poolwerx team in a varied full-time customer service and sales role.
You’ll split your time between our retail stores and O'Connor office, helping customers in-store as well as preparing and following up customer quotes.
No pool experience is required – we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
What you'll be doing
Helping customers in-store and over the phone
Retail sales and customer service
Preparing and following up customer quotes
Helping customers choose the right products and solutions
Water testing and pool advice – full training provided
Working alongside our retail and service teams
We're looking for someone who
Is friendly, confident and enjoys talking to people
Has outstanding customer service skills
Is comfortable with sales and following up customers
Is organised with good attention to detail
Is comfortable with computers and learning current systems
Can work independently and take ownership of their work
Is reliable, adaptable and keen to learn
Holds a current driver's licence
