You will be involved in:
Developing hydraulic and duct BIM models using Revit
Developing and maintaining Revit models, plans, sections, details and schedules
Interpreting engineering designs, mark-ups and sketches and producing clear and accurate documentation
Working closely with project engineers, designers and 3rd party co-ordination teams.
Supporting BIM coordination across multidisciplinary project teams
Contributing to the delivery of large-scale and technically complex projects
Ensuring models and documentation meet project and industry standards

About You We are looking for someone with:
Strong Hydraulic BIM Modelling experience
Excellent Revit skills
The ability to work collaboratively within a project team
Experience working on building services projects
Exposure to similar projects
An understanding of BIM coordination and multidisciplinary environments
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Would be a positive to have SolidWorks experience.
