What you'll bring:
Solid experience running a section in a high-volume kitchen
A positive understanding of general food knowledge
A leader in food safety procedures
Robust knife skills and a sharp eye for presentation
A team-first attitude and the ability to keep cool under pressure
Genuine passion for excellent food and excellent hospitality
