Due to continued growth and ongoing investment in their people and processes, they are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their collaborative finance team on a permanent basis.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Payroll, you will play a key role in the accurate and timely delivery of payroll services across a large employee workforce.

Working within a supportive team environment, your responsibilities will include:
End-to-end processing of a high-volume fortnightly payroll
Managing new starter, employee change and termination documentation
Responding to payroll-related enquiries from employees and stakeholders
Processing salary adjustments, employee maintenance and payroll amendments
Assisting with month-end and year-end payroll activities




Maintaining payroll records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, awards and company policies
General payroll administration and employee onboarding support

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
Previous payroll experience within a high-volume environment
Exposure to a large payroll system such as SAP, iChris, ADP or Payglobal
Robust attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Robust time management skills with the ability to meet competing deadlines
A proactive and team-oriented approach to work
