Own daily operations, team, profitability and growth. This is not a reception cover role. You will grow the business by increasing chair utilisation, rebooking rate, and treatment acceptance. Make operations more productive to increase profits by managing rosters, wages %, stock, AR, FTAs, and recalls. Elevate the patient journey to 5-star boutique hotel standard. Lead, coach and roster a small high-performing team and create SOPs. Aid with marketing by owning Google Reviews, Instagram, enquiries, and website conversion. Build local partnerships with corporate, gyms, cafes, cosmetic clinics, and local press. Think outside the box in a very competitive market and bring creative ideas to attract high-value patients.

$42-$48/hr + performance bonus, flexible 3, 4 or 5 days. Equivalent to $80k-$95k full time base + bonus.
