About the Role

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Kitchen Team (BOH) Members to join our team at Sushi Hub Westfield Sydney CBD.

We are offering Casual position. This role is suited to individuals who can work efficiently in a quick-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high standards in food preparation, hygiene, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and food items according to store recipes and operational standards
Maintain strict food safety and hygiene practices at all times
Keep the workstation clean, organised, and productive throughout the shift
Follow FIFO stock rotation procedures
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and timely service during peak periods
Support different kitchen stations as required
Assist with basic customer service support during busy periods (e.g. packing orders, handing over food, assisting with simple customer requests as directed)

Quick learner who follows procedures accurately
Robust work ethic and reliability
Friendly and team-oriented mindset
Willingness to assist across different tasks when required

Previous kitchen or F&B; experience is an advantage but not essential. Attitude, responsibility, and willingness to learn are highly valued.
