Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Buyers Agent role based in Melbourne, VIC.
The Junior Buyers
Agent will support senior agents in identifying suitable properties, conducting property inspections, and preparing market analyses for home buyers and investors. Day-to-day responsibilities include communicating with clients to understand their requirements, coordinating viewings, collecting and organising property data and assisting with offers. The role also involves liaising with selling agents, maintaining accurate records in internal systems,
and contributing to a positive client experience from initial inquiry through to purchase. The successful candidate will work closely with the team, learning best practices in buyer representation and local market dynamics.
Qualifications
Strong client-facing abilities with demonstrated Customer Service skills.
Current or in-progress Real Estate License with knowledge of Residential Real Estate.
Foundational experience or training in Buyer Representation and Sales.
Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
High level of attention to detail, organization, and time management.
Ability to work in office in Melbourne, VIC and collaborate in a team setting.
Basic understanding of local property markets; willingness to learn and develop expertise.
Proficiency with common office software and CRM tools; valid driver’s license and reliable transport are advantageous.
