As a key member of their Geelong branch, you will manage mobile and in-branch jobs from assessment through to completion. Your day-to-day will involve:
Technical Repairs & Replacement: Removing, repairing, and replacing windscreens, resealing work, and completing chip repairs to strict industry standards.
Customer Excellence: Assessing vehicle damage, recommending appropriate solutions, and delivering top-tier service to maintain our 4.6+ star customer satisfaction rating.
Team Collaboration: Communicating effectively with branch management and actively supporting and mentoring less experienced team members.

safety-conscious tradesperson with proven industry experience (whether you have worked as an Automotive Glass Technician, Windscreen Fitter, or similar). To succeed, you will need:
Demonstrated experience fitting and repairing automotive glass (a Certificate III in Automotive Glazing is highly regarded).
A current Australian driver's licence, robust troubleshooting skills, and the ability to confidently manage mobile jobs.
