Dial-An-Angel Perth is seeking a Childcare Supervisor to join our caring crèche team located in the Perth Central Business District (CBD) on a fixed-term contract, making a meaningful difference in children’s lives.

About the Role
This role is responsible for ensuring a safe, positive, and well-run crèche environment while supporting children’s wellbeing, development, and daily care needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and care for children in a safe, engaging and supportive environment
Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities that support learning & development
Assist with toileting and nappy changing as required
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness, including sanitising toys and play areas
Monitor behaviour and encourage positive social interactions
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children’s care
Follow all relevant health, safety, and childcare guidelines
Provide guidance and support to childcare staff as required
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or senior role within a childcare or similar care environment
Current WA Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Current Police Clearance (assessed in line with role requirements for the duration of the fixed-term contract)
Current First Aid Certificate, including CPR
COVID-19 vaccination, where required by client sites or public health directions during the fixed-term engagement
Sound understanding of child development and behaviour management
Warm, patient, reliable, and skilled approach
Relevant childcare qualifications will be considered favourably for this fixed-term role.
