The Role

As a Casual Chef, you'll be a key part of our kitchen team, delivering fresh, beautifully presented meals that keep our members and guests coming back. Reporting to the Café Manager, you'll:

Prepare and present high-quality café meals to brand standards
n
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
n
Manage prep, stock rotation and portion control
n
Support menu execution and seasonal changes
n
Work collaboratively with café and front-of-house teams
n

Highly skilled across breakfast and lunch service

Confident working autonomously and taking ownership of your section
n
Organised, effective and calm under pressure
n
Available for flexible shifts, including early mornings and weekends
