The Company The Cornerstone Tavern, part of The Gastevski Group Pty. Ltd. is ready to add an experienced and dedicated Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team. Perfect opportunity for an experienced Chef De Partie ready to be part of a outstanding operational team. We need a great team player who can manage the kitchen in Chefs absence.

We have a fun, busy operation and require a team-leader to assist the Head Chef to produce consistent, high-quality meals and a fantastic food experience for our customers.

We offer a great working structure of rosters and also over-time for any extra hours above contract hours. Sponsorship is available for the right candidate after probation period.

You will:
have a good solid resume showing tenure and valuable experience for the level you are applying for;
know your experience will ensure you can handle a busy kitchen environment;
be confident in your abilities to value-add to your section;
be committed to your roster times;
be a self-starter who can communicate well to your team in a positive manner;

ensure you renumerated at HIGA levels with excellent group extras.

To be successful in this position, you must have:
qualification in Commercial Cookery or related;
previous experience;
commitment for a long term contract;
work in a part time basis.
