About the role

As Chef you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality bistro and bar food while maintaining food safety, kitchen efficiency, stock control and commercial food cost targets. You will lead and develop the kitchen team and work closely with the Owner to continually improve the menu, customer experience and profitability. Wage: $75k-$85k super.

As Cook you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality bistro and bar food in accordance with established recipes, portion sizes and presentation standards. As a key part of our team you will ensure productive, consistent and timely food service. FT > Casual available: $60k-$70k super; $32–36/hr super casual
