Role Description The Business Analyst (Entry / Junior) role at Hadley Designs is a part time, hybrid position based in Melbourne, VIC, with some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the analyst will gather and document business requirements, support the design and improvement of business processes, and assist in identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing operational data, preparing basic reports and insights for decision-makers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs.

The analyst will also help test and validate proposed changes, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications
Robust Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and draw logical conclusions.
Foundational Business Analysis capabilities,



including gathering and documenting Business Requirements.
Understanding of Business Process concepts and interest in process improvement and optimization.
Clear and skilled Communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with stakeholders.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets); familiarity with reporting or BI tools is an advantage.
Relevant tertiary education or ongoing studies in Business, Commerce, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Interest in e-commerce, digital products, or the creative/design industry is beneficial.
