Role Description This part time Business Analyst (Entry / Junior) role is a hybrid position based in Sydney, NSW, with some work-from-home flexibility.

The Business

Analyst will support community operations by gathering and documenting business requirements for initiatives, events, and digital channels. Daily tasks include analyzing community engagement data, mapping and improving business processes, and preparing clear reports and recommendations for organizers. The role also involves collaborating with volunteers and stakeholders, assisting with planning and tracking community projects, and helping ensure that tools and workflows meet the needs of the Veeam User Group Brasil community.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.
Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to elicit needs, document requirements,



and translate them into actionable solutions.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Business Process concepts to help map, review, and improve workflows and community operations.
Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, prepare transparent documentation, and present findings effectively.
Familiarity with basic data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar) is beneficial.
Ability to work in a hybrid setting, manage time independently, and coordinate with a distributed community team.
Interest in IT, data protection, or Veeam technologies, and willingness to learn in a community-driven setting.
Relevant tertiary education (completed or in progress) in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field is an advantage.
