What you will do:

Triage contacts at the Front Door, assessing and applying Levels of Need thresholds to identify the right support for families.
n
Work closely with professionals from various agencies to share information and ensure a fast and co-ordinated response to safeguarding referrals.
n
Play an integral role in the early identification of safeguarding concerns by utilising your expertise and newly shared key information about families.
n
Engage and collaborate with multi-agency partners to develop comprehensive responses to meet the needs of children and young people.
n

Requirements of the Social Worker:

n

n
Degree or equivalent in social work.
n
Current Social Work England registration.
n
Significant frontline experience working as a qualified Social Worker in UK Social Services.
