We are looking for a Legal Assistant to join our Government and Commercial Law team in Sydney, supporting Scott Alden.

The Role

We are looking for a Legal Assistant with at least 2 years of experience to join our Government and Commercial Law team in Sydney, supporting Scott Alden. As a Legal Assistant you will display a willingness to learn and have a high attention to detail, with a positive attitude. You will be expected to become part of a cohesive and team-oriented team and will be expected to work as part of this and individually from time to time.

Responsibilities include day to day office administration and will include the following:
Answering phone calls and assisting with client enquiries;
Preparing legal documents;
Diary management and work prioritisation;
Mail merging documents and formatting;




Assisting with PowerPoint Presentations;
Accounts; and

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and diary management and organisational skills, with a client service focus. You will be proficient in MS Word and formatting. You will have the ability to prioritise tasks, display initiative, have good attention to detail and a proven history of meeting deadlines. The core office hours are 8.30am to 5pm.
