You'll be responsible for leading a dedicated store team to deliver outstanding results and exceptional customer experiences. Through solid team engagement and a focus on operational excellence, you'll help make EG Australia the go-to destination for fuel, food, and convenience.

What You'll Do

Lead, coach, and develop a frontline team to achieve sales, profit, and growth targets
n
Deliver an exceptional customer experience through robust service standards and store presentation
n
Manage day‐to‐day store operations, including stock control, merchandising, and customer service
n




Oversee training, development, and performance of your team
n
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational policies
n
Monitor financial performance and control store costs and losses
n
