HVAC Technicians | Preventative & Reactive Maintenance

Our client is a national facilities maintenance business with a robust commercial footprint across Australia. As part of a planned national expansion, they're adding experienced HVAC Technicians across several NSW locations on a permanent, full time basis. This is a field-based role - you'll be out servicing real sites, with dedicated back-office coordination handling your schedule so you can focus on the work.

Central Coast - up to 200km radius

Gosford - up to 200km radius

The role:

n

You'll be carrying out breakdown response, servicing, and preventative and reactive maintenance across HVAC and refrigeration equipment at commercial sites - primarily retail and petroleum locations. You'll work as part of a broader team with support from a dedicated service coordinator, and you'll be expected to join an after-hours on-call roster.

Day-to-day you'll be:

n

n
Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
n
Completing scheduled preventative maintenance
n




Keeping accurate service records and documentation
n
Working to relevant codes, regulations and safety standards
n
Liaising with clients on-site professionally
n

What you'll need:

n

n
Certificate III or IV in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent)
n
Current ARCtick licence for fluorocarbon refrigerants
n
Valid driver's licence
n
Solid hands-on experience in commercial HVAC - the more background in commercial systems, the better
n
A methodical approach to fault-finding and strong attention to detail
n
A national police check and pre-employment medical will be required
n
